- Whenever possible, all players in small sided football teams (U6 – U11) should play in all positions and players must be given equal playing time during the season. Individual teams may be formed. These teams will be allocated according to Association animals/colours.
- To do all things possible to accommodate all players who wish to register, but, if team numbers are limited, then some registrations may not be accepted. The allocation of those to be selected will be made by the Grading Committee. Any player whose registration cannot be accepted will be considered by the Executive Committee for final determination.
- All players U8 to U21 and PL will be graded and placed into teams by the Grading Committee.
- The grading procedure will be the responsibility of the Grading Committee.
- All players will play within their correct age group; individual cases will be assessed by the Grading Committee.
- Coaches and Managers will not be appointed until team allocation is complete. If more than one person would like to coach a team, the Grading Committee shall make the final decision taking all matters into consideration. It is recommended that no-one can coach the same team for more than 3 years without the approval of the Committee.
- No husband and wife are to coach and manage the same team without the approval of the Committee.
- It is recommended that senior teams register a minimum of 16 players. Everyone needs to contact the Club’s Registrar to find out available spaces in teams.
- It is the Coaches/Managers’ responsibility to make their players available to assist other teams where needed.
- Game time for U12’s-U21’s – The Club encourages the participation of all players of our Club for their enjoyment and development as players in a team environment. The Club will not tolerate players not given the opportunity to participate in the game when the player is available to play. In this regard, Coaches are encouraged to give each player a reasonable amount of game time throughout the season. As a guide, each player should be given the opportunity to play a minimum of one third (1/3) of the available game time each week.
